Terms of Service

The service. Replume converts your newsletter issues into social media drafts using AI, based on a voice profile built from writing you provide. You review and publish everything yourself; Replume never posts on your behalf.

Your content. You retain all rights to the writing you upload and to the drafts Replume generates from it. You confirm you have the rights to the writing samples you provide.

Acceptable use. Don't use Replume to impersonate someone whose writing you have no rights to, to produce spam, or to break any platform's rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

Billing. Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, who handles payment and applicable VAT or sales tax. Cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues through the paid period. If your first paid month disappoints on voice quality, write to us and we refund it.

AI output. Drafts are generated by AI and can contain errors. Review before publishing; you are responsible for what you post.

Liability. The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
